Osteopathy

Nick is registered with the General Osteopathic Council having qualified from the British School of Osteopathy in 1997.

Nick treats spinal, muscle and joint problems.  His treatment is based on soft tissue techniques, including myofascial release, and gentle joint articulation.  

​

Nick has also completed an ergonomics course and in 2007 he passed the CHEK Level 1 corrective exercise course so he can advise on postural factors, ergonomics, work station set-up and simple home exercises to help address the issues that may be limiting recovery.
